We currently offer delivery within South Africa.

Delivery Options

Standard Store-to-Store

Estimated delivery: 7–9 business days

Shipping fee: R150

This option is intended for delivery to a participating collection point.

Express Door-to-Door

Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days

Shipping fee: R170

This option is intended for convenient door-to-door delivery.

Free Shipping

As part of our opening-store offer, Real Kurls offers free shipping on qualifying orders of R1,500 or more.

The free-shipping offer is subject to the shipping options and conditions displayed at checkout and may be changed or discontinued in the future.

Order Processing

Orders are generally prepared for dispatch within 1 business day after payment has been successfully received.

Please remember that order processing time is separate from courier transit time.

Delivery estimates are estimates and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, courier delays, incorrect delivery information, weather or circumstances outside our control.

Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout.

If incorrect or incomplete delivery information causes a delay or additional delivery charge, the customer may be responsible for the additional cost.

Once your order has been handed to the courier, delivery is subject to the courier’s operating procedures and tracking system.

International Shipping

International shipping is not currently available.

We plan to expand our shipping options in the future. If international shipping becomes available, the applicable destinations, delivery times and shipping fees will be displayed at checkout or communicated on our website.
